My name is Ryan Pierce and I've been doing flair bartending for 14 years and I know what a flair bartender can earn. Obviously it depends on the just how affluent the crowd you're serving is but I can't tell you how many times I've received a $100 tip. Seriously! Flair Bartending – It's Not For Everyone

Unfortunately there are so called flair bartenders in the industry who simply don't understand the basics of bartending much less the technique. There are Tom Cruise wannabes who think they are qualified flair bartenders because they've watched "Cocktail" six times in a row. They have no concept about spillage, breakage or quick service. In order to be a successful flair bartender you have to first be a successful bartender.

Flair bartending is not for beginners. You have to learn and be proficient in the basics of the bartending craft before you can add flair to your routine.

Then you should consider learning the flair technique to take your career to the next level.

I provide a course to teach flair bartending and it's a great deal for some and not so much for others. I can provide the instruction and mentoring but for those who choose not to put in the practice time then the course is not worth it….for them and for me.

It's kind of like having a batting coach available to you and then never spending any time in the batting cage.

What You Provide

Practice. And then more practice. Consider flair as your new hobby and practice it at home, on the beach, in the park practice it anywhere you can…except at work. Never "practice" flair in front of a paying audience until you are absolutely confident that you can pull it off.

You're becoming a true entertainer and entertainer's "try out" their new material on low scale audiences (off Broadway…or on the beach for free) to refine their act before they take it to the big time. You have to do the same.
