| This course is designed for experienced bartenders only. You can not learn how to flair if you don’t know how to bartend. Sorry!! Flair bartenders have a very bad reputation and there is a reason for this. Bartenders try to flair without knowing the fundamentals. Spillage, Breakage, and taking too long to serve a drink is *UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!*
I supply all the learning materials and equipment. It will be in a small group setting and will occur once a week for a four week period. In our formal classes I will start off with hands-on training with the basics and provide a good foundation to get you started in the world of flair. You must practice and practice and practice. Then you need to practice some more, no joke. This can become your new found hobby and must be practiced at home or at your local park – Never, ever, ever while at work!! You are becoming an entertainer and they never go up on stage without practicing their performance hundreds of times before opening night. This course will pay for itself many times over and then some. Instead of getting the $1 tip per drink why not make is $2, or $5, $10, or even $20. It’s limitless, just do the math. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gotten a $100 tip. Honestly!!!!
